NEC conducted a share split at a ratio of five (5) shares for one (1) share of its common share, effective April 1, 2025. The dividends, on or before the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 (FY2024), are stated based on the shares before the share split.

In shareholder returns, NEC strives to make stable dividend increases based on factors such as the profit status and financial condition in each period.
Acquisition of treasury stock
We approved, at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 9, 2026, the repurchase of up to 6.8 million shares of its common stock or 30 billion yen in total for the period from February 10, 2026 to March 31, 2026, and we repurchased 6.8 million shares of its common stock for an aggregate value of shares repurchased of 27,292,828,300 yen as of March 24, 2026.
